01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the jz255 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at jz255.io.
• "Player" refers to any individual who has registered a jz255 account and is using the platform to place bets or access games.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile held by a Player on the jz255 platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any financial stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or outcome available through the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free spins, cashback, or promotional value awarded to a Player's account that is distinct from real-money deposits.

jz255 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

Registration Process

To complete registration, you will be required to provide a valid username, password, email address or mobile phone number, and date of birth. All information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be communicated to jz255 support promptly. jz255 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading registration information has been provided.

04 Account Management

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your jz255 login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication code — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you actually authorised that specific action.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify jz255 support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. jz255 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or OTP through any channel including live chat, email, or phone.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jz255 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no pending investigations are active. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jz255 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to the jz255 platform.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

jz255 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings.

Deposits are typically credited to your jz255 account within seconds of successful payment confirmation from your chosen provider. In rare cases involving network congestion or provider maintenance, crediting may be delayed by up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within 60 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document.

jz255 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST). Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. jz255 does not charge fees on withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jz255 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all jz255 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• The standard wagering requirement for jz255 welcome bonuses is 25x the total of the deposit plus bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 15% towards meeting wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the validity period will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will cause the previous bonus to be cancelled and any unmet wagering requirements forfeited.
• jz255 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jz255 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as published within the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager. The following general betting rules apply across all jz255 products.

Bet Placement

A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation message and a corresponding entry appears in your jz255 bet history. jz255 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to internet connectivity issues on the Player's device or network.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software error, malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake, jz255 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of or during such an error. Any winnings derived from a software malfunction or manifest error are not payable and will be removed from the Player's balance. jz255 will notify affected players and, where applicable, return the original stake.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Individual games and betting markets display their own minimum and maximum stake limits within the platform interface. These limits may be adjusted at jz255's discretion without prior notice. Players who consistently place bets near or at the maximum stake limits may have their individual limits reviewed.

Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, jz255 will settle all affected bets in line with its published sports rules, which take into account the specific circumstances of each event type.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jz255 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening or operating more than one jz255 account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.

Findings of confirmed prohibited conduct will be reported to the relevant authorities where legally required.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability
